Refund policy

The Insured has fifteen (15) days from the start of effectivity of this policy to review the conditions and exclusions. If the insured does not agree with such provisions, he/she may cancel the policy within the said 15-day period.

If this policy has been paid the insured must surrender the original policy to the Company within 15 days, to get a full refund of his/her paid premium.

If policy was electronically transmitted and paid:

Please email to customerservice@siybaucoinsurance.com, that you wish to cancel the e-policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

MEDIATION PROVISION

ln the event of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or a breach thereof, the parties hereto agree first to try and settle the dispute by mediation, administered by the lnsurance Commission or any recognized mediation institution under its Mediation Rules, before resorting to arbitration, litigation or some other dispute resolution procedure.
